Earlier today, my partner and I decided to go on a little detox – ever since we made that decision I've been thinking of cheese non-stop.
I don't know why I didn't think of it before – why not "bake" Camembert on the BBQ? Place it over a medium heat, wrapped in tin foil and let the insides melt. Even better, try adding a few little things beforehand, like in this recipe:
